Rooted in the advanced principles of neuroscience, Kriya Yoga, Alexander Technique and years of healing modality work, Rebecca's somatic therapy singing sessions have evolved from a place of healing and necessary study after being nearly paralyzed in 2019 from a medical trauma in which she was wheelchair bound and learned how to walk again, rewiring her nervous system using somatic singing techniques. Anyone interested in working with Rebecca to find more ease and freedom in their body, more mobility and connection to their parasympathetic nervous system or to release long held tension or trauma in order to reconnect with the power of their true voice is encouraged, empowered and supported through her customized approach.
